About HIMS

Founded in the year 1994, Himalaya International Model Higher Secondary School (HIMS) is a private English medium co-educational higher secondary boarding school, affiliated to Higher Secondary Education Board, Nepal.

Founders

Our special thanks to all the people who have always been with us in our stride since 1994 and have been ever ready to extend their helping hand when needed the most.

Admission

Admission is usually from Class Nursery (age four) till Class VIII. Admission for Class Nurseryis based on personal interview. The interview is just to ensure that a child is able to fulfill the basic requirements of the school. It does not test a child's knowledge in any subject. As for intake of Classes LKG till VIII, it is based on entrance examination in three main subjects (English, Nepali & Maths) so as to assess their ability.
